6630 DMD絶縁紙のご紹介

6630（DMD）ポリエステルフィルムポリエステル繊維不織布軟質複合材料耐熱クラスBは、ポリエステル不織布、ポリエステルフィルム、ポリエステル不織布（DMD）組成物で作られた3層の軟質複合断熱材です。使用される接着剤は酸を含まず、耐熱性があり、優れた機械的および電気的特性を持ち、ポリエステル不織布は吸着能力があり、含浸時に樹脂を吸収します。低圧モータのスロット間絶縁や相間絶縁、変圧器の層間絶縁などに使用され、材料剛性が高く、機械のオフラインプロセスに適しています。

6630 (DMD) Class B insulating paper should be stored in a ventilated, dry and clean room temperature (below 40°C) environment. During transportation and storage, attention should be paid to fire, moisture, pressure and sun protection. The storage period at room temperature is 12 months, and it can still be tried after passing the technical requirements of the storage period.
